If you get an error message like this on client installation/startup, it could be due to corrupt files.




Try removing all files (and directories, such as "runtime") in %localappdata%\Esportal except for esportal-updater.exe, and then try again.

How to open %localappdata%\Esportal:

  1. Press the Windows button + R simultaneously
  2. Enter: %localappdata%\Esportal
  3. Press ok
