Cheat ban on another platform

According to Esportal's policy, if a user has been found guilty of cheating on another platform, they are not permitted to play on Esportal until their suspension is 2 years old.

Here's an example to illustrate this rule:
Let's say a user was convicted for cheating on platform "A" on January 1, 2019. In this case, the user will not be able to access the Esportal service until January 1, 2021.

Furthermore, if an account receives a VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) suspension, a ban of 180 days will be imposed on Esportal. This means that during this period, the user will not be able to participate in any activities on Esportal.
