Memory Dump File Upload:
Please locate your memory dump file situated at C:\Windows\memory.dmp. Ensure that the selected file corresponds to the date of the crash and is saved in the .dmp format. Use Google Drive or a similar platform to upload the file. After uploading, share the link within your support ticket.

Client Log Upload:
Access the client log by simultaneously pressing the Windows button + R on your keyboard. In the Run dialog box, enter %temp%\Esportal\logs\esportal-anti-cheat.txt and press OK. Copy all the text from the file and upload it using pastebin.com. Share the pastebin link within your ticket. You can also read more in this article.
