If you encounter any technical issues during your gameplay on Esportal, we have a dedicated system in place to assist you. To get in touch with an administrator who can provide support, simply navigate to the match room and locate the "Call Admin" option located in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Clicking on this option will allow you to request assistance from an admin specifically for technical matters.

It's important to note that the "Call Admin" feature is intended solely for technical issues and not for reporting players or other non-technical concerns. If you encounter a player who is exhibiting inappropriate behavior or violating the community guidelines, we have a separate system in place to address such situations.

After the game has concluded, you can report a player by utilizing the "Thumbs down" feature. This option allows you to provide feedback and report any player who has engaged in misconduct or breached the rules. By utilizing the "Thumbs down" feature, you can contribute to maintaining a fair and respectful gaming environment for all Esportal users.

We encourage our community members to use these features responsibly and with good judgment. Calling an admin should be reserved for genuine technical issues that are affecting your ability to enjoy the game. Likewise, reporting a player through the appropriate channels helps us identify and address any instances of misconduct.
