Client requires restart several times (reboot loops)

It is normal for the client to require a restart after major updates, but it should never prompt for consecutive reboots (reboot loops). If you are stuck in a reboot loop, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Windows Settings -> Security -> Device Security.
  2. Turn off "Core Isolation" and restart once more for the changes to take effect.
If you are still stuck in a reboot loop after disabling "Core Isolation", follow the same steps as above, but this time disable "Memory Integrity" as well (and restart for it to take effect).
