For how long am I banned?
We do not share detailed information or other evidence regarding bans in general to protect the anonymity of the user who reported another player. At Esportal, we take reports very seriously and ensure that all reports are thoroughly investigated before any action is taken. The duration and type of ban will be displayed at the top of the banned user's profile and on the Banned users page. No further information will be given by Esportal to protect the privacy of all users involved. We encourage users to report any violations of our rules and guidelines, but we also remind them to do so in a respectful and appropriate manner.
