How do I cancel my subscription?
Head to your subscription page (esportal.com/subscriptions), select the subscription you wish to cancel, and press ‘Cancel"
You will then be met with a pop-up asking if you’re sure, along with some questions why you want to cancel your subscription for us to improve our services.
Your subscription and benefits will remain active for the time left remaining on your subscription. When your subscription has ended, you will not be charged anymore and your subscription benefits will be removed.
If you do not see ‘Cancel’ then the auto-renewal of your subscription is already turned off and you won't be charged again.
