I am matched with non Prime players as a Prime user in Prime Matchmaking
If the user is grouping/stacking with other players, make sure that every player is eligible for Prime matchmaking. If one user in the group doesn't have Prime status, the group will search in the regular queue. Additionally, the time of day will also play a significant role. The number of players queuing in a particular average rating can vary, which can sometimes make it harder for the system to find a well-balanced match.
In cases where there aren't enough Prime players queuing simultaneously, the system will attempt to select established users with a good behavior index instead. These selected users will then be allowed to play in Prime Matchmaking, adhering to the same requirements as other Prime users. This approach is implemented to prevent longer queue times or matches that are more imbalanced than average.
