I believe my Cheating ban is false. What steps can I take to address this situation?

If you believe that you have been falsely banned for cheating, there are steps you can take to address the situation. Follow these guidelines:
  1. Gather evidence: Compile any evidence that supports your claim of innocence.
  2. Review policies: Familiarize yourself with the platforms policies and rules regarding cheating. Make sure you understand what actions are considered cheating and compare them with your own gameplay behavior.
  3. Contact customer support: Reach out to our support team and submit an appeal or report regarding your ban. Provide them with detailed information about the situation, including the evidence you have gathered. Be polite and respectful in your communication.
  4. Explain your case: Clearly explain in your appeal why you believe the ban is unjustified. Highlight any inconsistencies or errors that may have occurred during the ban process.
  5. Follow instructions: If the customer support team requires additional information or steps from you, make sure to promptly provide them with the requested details. Cooperate fully with their investigation.
  6. Await response: Give the Esportal Anti-Cheat team some time to review your case and respond to your appeal. Be patient and cooperative during this process. An investigation takes approximately 14 days before we have a final answer to give you.
