I have been banned for more than 2 years. Will I be allowed to play on Esportal now?
If you are banned for bad behaviour your ban will be automatically lifted after 2 years (so if you were banned on 2019-09-30 it will be lifted automatically on 2021-09-30). When the time has come you can log in to Esportal and play. If you are banned for cheating or a terms of use violation on Esportal you can appeal your ban after 2 years (so if you were banned on 2019-09-30 you can appeal it from 2021-09-30). If you have behaved correctly during the time of your ban (for example you have not ban evaded) there is a good chance we will lift your ban.
How do I appeal my ban?
This only applies to users who have been banned for cheating or terms of use violations. Log in to Esportal and contact customer support. If you have behaved correctly during the time you have been banned there is a good chance we will lift your ban.
