I have been permanently banned recently. What happens to me?
If you have been banned for bad behaviour your ban will be automatically lifted after 2 years (so if you were banned on 2019-10-06 it would be lifted automatically on 2021-09-06). When the time has come you can log in to Esportal and play. If you have been banned for cheating or a terms of use violation you can appeal your ban after 2 years (so if you were banned on 2019-10-06 you could appeal it from 2021-10-06). If you have behaved correctly under the time of your ban (for example you have not ban evaded) there is a good chance we will lift your ban.
