I want to refund my Premium/Prime subscription
Premium/Prime refunds are available within 14 days, as long as the player has not played a match or otherwise used any of the Prime/Premium features. This does not apply to automatic renewal, only to the purchase of the subscription. In the case of automatic renewal, any refund is not possible.
Note that if you choose to play a match before your application is processed, the right to a refund will be lost.
To request a refund, please email payments@esportal.com, link your Esportal account and attach the receipt for your purchase. Please also write a reason for the refund.
