Long queue times in matchmaking
Our matchmaking system is designed to provide the best possible match for each player. However, in certain cases, you may experience longer queue times. This can occur when there are fewer players in the queue who fall within the same Elo range as yourself.
For Prime players, the algorithm prioritizes pairing you with other Prime players. This ensures a higher level of competition and a more balanced gaming experience. By matching Prime players together, it promotes fair gameplay and a competitive environment.
In situations where the number of available players within your Elo radius is limited, the matchmaking system may need additional time to find suitable opponents. The goal is to provide you with a challenging and enjoyable match that aligns with your skill level.
While longer queue times can be frustrating, we appreciate your patience as the system diligently works to find the optimal match for you. Rest assured that the matchmaking algorithm takes various factors into account to deliver a fair and competitive experience.
