As a valued member of Esportal, we understand that sometimes you may wish to change your username to better reflect your gaming identity. To accommodate this, we have implemented a system that allows for limited name changes based on the type of membership you hold.

When you first join Esportal, you are provided with three name changes to start with. These initial name changes give you the flexibility to fine-tune your username and ensure it aligns with your preferences.

However, if you have already used up your three name changes, the following guidelines apply based on the type of membership you have:

  1. Three-Month Prime: With the purchase of a three-month Prime subscription, one name change is included. This means that you have the opportunity to modify your username one more time.
  2. Six-Month Prime: If you opt for the six-month Prime subscription, you will receive three name changes included in your package. This grants you the ability to change your username up to three times extra.
  3. Premium Membership: As a Premium member, you are entitled to one name change per month of your purchase or renewal. This means that with each month of your Premium membership, you have the option to modify your username once. Additionally, there is a maximum limit of 12 name changes per year for Premium members.

We believe these name change allowances strike a balance between providing flexibility for users to update their usernames while ensuring that frequent changes are regulated. It helps maintain consistency and ease of identification within the Esportal community.
