Premium drop: Products/Gear/Merch etc
All Premium users have a chance for a random drop in our Matchmaking, Gathers and Star Gathers on Esportal. Random drops include CSGO skins, gear, gift cards, etc.
In a Star Gather, one player in the lobby gets a guaranteed drop.
Users have their own private inventories on Esportal, accessible on https://esportal.com/inventory
The user will be contacted directly in a DM from our “Admin account” within a few days where we request the users contact details we need to be able to send the item.
Many of our products are shipped directly from our partners and can have a delivery time of up to 90 days.
If you have not received your drop/prize when 90 days have passed, create a Support Ticket and we will help you further
