A few users encounter difficulties initiating the AC (Anti-Cheat) system, encountering error codes 0XC000012F or 0XC000000D. These error codes typically indicate a corrupted installation, hindering the proper startup of the AC system.

Resolution Steps:

1. Accessing Local AppData:
    - Firstly, ensure you have closed the Esportal client completely.
    - Navigate to the Esportal directory on your system. (Press Windows+R button simultaneously, enter %localappdata%\Esportal and hit ok)

2. Removing Corrupted Files and Folders:
    - Delete all files and folders except for "esportal-updater.exe".

3. Restart Esportal:
    - Once the files have been removed, restart the Esportal client.

4. Launching the Client Again:
    - Attempt to start the Esportal client again and check if the issue persists.

Note: If the issue continues even after following these steps, consider reinstalling the Esportal client from the official source.
