Can I take over a username from an inactive or banned account?

A player in possession of a username is entitled to that name, provided it does not violate Esportal's rules.

If a user requests a name from a permanently banned player or an account marked as "Smurf," exceptions can be made if the ban/account has been inactive for 1 year. In such cases, the name can be assigned to the requesting user instead. The same applies if a player has been inactive for 1 year (e.g., has not played a single game). If the user fulfills the conditions mentioned above, assistance can be provided to help them change their name.

If you meet the specified conditions and wish to change your name, please contact our support team. They will guide you through the necessary steps and help facilitate the name change process.
Please note that any name changes must adhere to Esportal's rules and guidelines. Inappropriate or offensive name requests will not be approved.
